Availability & Prices

Paying direct avoids the charges associated with online platforms. We like the warm and friendly approach, so please email stay@braes-retreat.co.uk or text/call 07309 808838 to check availability.

Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Our weekly rates are £700 per week January – May and October – December (apart from the Christmas and New Year 2 weeks festive season) and £840 per week from June to September (and the Christmas and New Year 2 weeks festive season).

Once we agree the booking, we invoice you for a £100 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is settled 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the let. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.

If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge of £100 will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then the full booking charge will be made.
