Availability & Prices

Booking direct with us guarantees the best price. We are open April (or Easter if earlier) to the end of October. Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. We have two weekly rates across the year: £630 for April, May and October and £700 for June, July August and September. There is an additional £30 cleaning fee per booking.

Bookings are secured upon receipt of £100 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will need to be settled 6 weeks prior to commencement of the let. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance of the let the full balance is payable at the time of booking.

If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge of £100 will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then the full booking charge will be made.
